LA PIZZA
Tradition and territory, respecting simplicity and excellence.
Our dough follows the Lavorazione Fedele method, made with the only white wholemeal flour with a low glycemic impact. It consists of ancient grains: spelt, oats, Senatore Cappelli durum wheat, wheat germ, flaxseed flour, olive pulp extract and red grape skins. These are essential ingredients for proper dough fermentation and easy digestibility.

The black pizza of Tramonti
An ancient peasant tradition, the authentic taste of memory- this is the homemade pizza of Tramonti, made with wholemeal flour and baked in a wood-fired oven. Also called “Black Pizza”, it was a symbol of humble, rural cuisine, made with the simple ingredients the land provided.
